Watson Homes have recently submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of a former school site in Breightmet, Bolton. Working in conjunction with Bolton at Home our proposed development comprises 68 new homes – a mix of two and three bed homes plus 4 cottage flats and 13 maisonette apartments.

Subject to receiving planning permission for the development works are planned to start in November 2019 with completion set for Spring 2021.
