The Oasis Centre is a brand-new community facility for the charity, Oasis, which supports families in and around Gorton, Manchester.

The site is also home to Sandpiper Place [hyperlink to Hyde Road project], a scheme Watson Homes is delivering for One Manchester that comprises 26 new affordable houses for Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership.

On-site now, and with completion expected in summer 2020, the development has won numerous awards already. These include RICS Leisure Project and RICS Project of the Year in 2020, plus Inside Housing Best Partnership Award 2019.
