Watson Homes is currently building 59 new affordable homes on the former Bridgefield and Britannia Mill site on Spring Street in Rishton, near Blackburn.

Delivered for Onward Homes in light of its affordable housing commitments, a total of 35 houses and 24 apartments are taking shape adjacent to the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.

With completion expected in December 2021, the homes will be offered to local residents by Onward Homes as a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership properties.
