Watson Homes is delivering a total of 60 new affordable homes for Bolton at Home on a regenerated brownfield site in Farnworth, near Bolton.

The development on Campbell Street will comprise 48 apartments and 12 houses for affordable rent, which is 20% lower than average local rates.

The scheme is designed to meet Bolton at Home’s pledge to deliver more affordable housing in the area.

Watson Homes is on-site now, with completion expected in September 2022.
