Located on the site of the former Salford Reds rugby league ground this developments add to the ongoing regeneration and development of Weaste.

The development comprises 78 new homes, 4 new bungalows and 21 apartments.  The project is being completed in partnership with ForViva and the properties will be available for rent through City West Housing Trust, 22 properties are being sold through shared ownership.

The development will help to breathe life back into the area, bringing to life a development site that has been empty for a number of years.
