Located on the site of a former Box Works, the Croft breathed new life into this area of Prestwich.

The Box Works had laid empty and disused for several years prior to a redevelopment which saw creation of six new homes – 4 two bed homes and 2 three bed homes.

The development is situated close to Prestwich Village but also just a short walk from Heaton Park.
