Situated in Whitefield, Greater Manchester, Mersey Drive involves the demolition of the former Lord Clive public house, turning the site into homes for affordable rent.

This development is being delivered for Onward Homes and comprises 27 one and two-bedroom apartments in total – 21 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom.

Watson Homes is on-site now, with completion expected in February 2022. The affordable rent homes will be made available by Onward Homes to local residents.
