Located on the former All Souls RC Church this development helps continue the wider regeneration of Weaste, breathing life back into a development site that has been derelict for a number of years.

The development comprises 58 units including 48 apartments, 9 houses and 1 bungalow. Watson Homes are the main contractor for the project and the development is being delivered for Places for People. All of the properties will be available for affordable rent upon completion.
